RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mr. Levy develops quantitative analysis and financial modeling to help physicians and administrators in academic medical centers and medical practices achieve operational and financial efficiencies to increase revenue, service quality and patient satisfaction. Using software tools and technology to gather and evaluate data, he analyzes provider capacity and productivity; creates physician compensation models; compares benchmarking standards and metrics to reduce costs and improve service quality; examines patient flow and process design; and reviews revenue and expense cycles to improve accounts receivable performance.

Mr. Levy has engineered organizational growth and turnaround strategies; pioneered financial, strategic and new business metrics and tactics; mastered numerous software technologies; launched fully integrated financial reporting and payment processing systems; retooled system processes and performance; integrated mergers and consolidations into one synergistic entity; established call centers and distribution centers to improve profitability; reinvented business models to diversify product offerings; prepared business plans, annual budgets and forecasts; developed and delivered training and customer appreciation programs; and designed and advanced organizational websites, marketing collateral and branding identities.
HISTORY:
Prior to joining the CroesOliva Group, Mr. Levy held profit and loss and operational responsibility, as an executive leader, for numerous companies that included consulting organizations; a marketing and advertising firm; a national manufacturer and industry leader with more than 100 employees; a large franchisor with 160 locations in 35 states and annual sales in excess of $100 million; and a publicly traded financial services company that grew to more than 1,000 employees during his tenure.
Mr. Levy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, graduating Magna Cum Laude, from Villanova University in Villanova, Penn. He is a certified integrator with the Adizes Institute, a worldwide consulting organization specializing in managing change, conflict, performance improvement and organizational transformation.
